Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and ads508 ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Operator"), the entity operating the online gaming platform accessible at ads508.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ads508 platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

In order to register for and use an ads508 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ads508 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gaming platforms under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you are accessing the Service.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined under applicable law or as designated by ads508 from time to time.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or terminated by ads508 for any breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in association with, any person who would not themselves satisfy these eligibility criteria.

Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on the ads508 Platform. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

ads508 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our players. All deposits are processed inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated. The following payment channels are currently available:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ads508 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed in MYR and will be transferred to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the availability and technical constraints of the chosen payment channel.

• All accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard processing times are as follows: e-walets under 5 minutes, DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes, and bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed in all circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a security review. Where additional documentation is required, our team will notify you by email within 24 hours.
• ads508 reserves the right to withold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies per method and is displayed at the withdrawal stage of the cashier.

ads508 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the Refer A Friend programme. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Standard wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly permitted by the promotion terms.
• ads508 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of misuse or technical error.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless a specific promotion expressly permits otherwise.
• Bonus eligibility may vary by game type. Certain games may contribute at reduced rates towards wagering requirements — full game contribution tables are available upon request.

All casino games available on the ads508 Platform are provided by certified third-party software developers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology validated by independent testing authorities. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect certified game data.

For sports betting, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other markets, all bets are accepted subject to the individual market rules applicable to each event. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game round, ads508's decision — based on review of game logs and available data — shall be final.

• Bets placed in error by the Player cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during game play, all affected round results will be void and stakes will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• Odds and market availability for sports betting are subject to change up to the time a bet is placed and confirmed.
• ads508 reserves the right to void or restrict bets that are the result of pricing errors or system faults.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ads508 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referal to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Sharing or selling your Account credentials with or to any third party.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Engaging in conduct that ads508 reasonably determines to be abusive, disruptive, or harmful to other players or to our staff.

ads508 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who have self-excluded may not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering a new account.

All content on the ads508 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ads508 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ads508 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to game outcomes, which are subject to chance and RNG processes.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions or payment service providers, including DuitNow, FPX, or e-wallet operators.

ads508's aggregate liability to any Player, arising from any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may close a Player Account. Players wishing to close their account should contact the support team. ads508 may suspend or terminate an Account immediately and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected or detected.
• The Player has been found to be under the age of 21.
• The Player has initiated a chargeback on a payment transaction without prior resolution through our support channel.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandate closure.

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance — including winnings derived from bonus funds or activity in violation of these Terms — may be forfeited.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ads508 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising between the Player and ads508 shall be referred first to our customer support team for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as set out by the applicable regulatory framework.

For the avoidance of doubt, ads508 does not accept the jurisdiction of any courts or regulatory bodies in jurisdictions where online gaming services are prohibited by law.

ads508 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
